Thin Pork Sausages (15 sausages. 1 kg tray)
Quality, high meat content pork sausages. Our meat is minced and sausages extruded by us locally. Sausages are vacuum wrapped in sets of 5, delivered frozen; Able to be kept safely in the freezer for up to 4 months, and removed 1 at a time as needed (or in the fridge for 3 days. Do not refreeze after thawing).
Delivery
- Sometimes in stock ready for next day delivery, however allow typically 3-5 days for preparation and delivery of order subject to availability and schedules. (We will advise of delivery date within 1 working day of order placement).
- Delivery fee calculated on checkout for Ho Chi Minh and Vung Tau, or after order placement if address not recognised. Can still exit/cancel order after being advised of delivery fee.

- Thaw sausages to be used overnight in refrigerator
- Heat frying pan on low heat
- Add a teaspoon of oil to the pan
- Cook gently, turning sausage frequently so as not to burst the casing
- Cook for approximately 12 minutes until browned evenly, and no longer soft to press with tongs
