Australian lamb. Have you been missing the Sunday Roast? Why not try one of our Legs of Lamb. Great tasting and juicy, and a good size leaving enough for an additional meal or two, or a few days of lamb sandwiches for lunch.

Price shown per kg. Typical leg around 3kg. We will confirm available leg weight after order with option to pull out.

Preheat oven to 180 degreesC

Lightly oil baking tray and sprinkle salt, pepper and rosemary over the lamb. Add halved onions and full cloves of garlic to make a great gravy at the end. If wishing to make a full baked dinner, can also add large pieces of potato, pumpkin and carrot, wipe with a little oil and sprinkle with a little salt and pepper (or add these 30 minutes in, in a separate tray on the lowest shelf, beneath the main leg of lamb tray)

Cover with foil. Cook for 2 hours 15 mins, then remove foil and bake for an additional 45 minutes to get to a nominal medium (will vary depending on oven; Medium Rare will still be soft to press. Medium will have started to firm up.)

Leg delivered vacuumed packed and frozen.
