Fresh cooked Dim Sim. (50g) in a Box of 36.
Filled with Australian mince beef and cabbage, wrapped in wheat flour dumpling wrapper for an iconic tasting Aussie Dim Sim. Ready to be Steamed, Air or Deep Fried or heated in microwave. We mince our own meat and use flour milled from Australian grown wheat.
Our products are fresh made here on a weekly basis. Boxed items delivered frozen. Frozen Dim Sims are able to be kept safely in the freezer for up to 3 months (or the fridge for 3 days. Do not refreeze after thawing); The Dim Sims are par-cooked, and ready to be prepared just like you would a frozen dim sim in Aus. (See below for heating methods)
Delivery
- Sometimes in stock ready for next day delivery, however allow typically 3-5 days for preparation, steaming and delivery of order subject to availability and schedules. (We will advise of delivery date within 1 working day of order placement).
- Delivery fee calculated on checkout for Ho Chi Minh and Vung Tau, or after order placement if address not recognised. Can still exit/cancel order after being advised of delivery fee.

Steaming

- Thawed: Steam over rapidly boiling water for 15 minutes.
- Frozen: Steam over rapidly boiling water for 20 minutes (8 minutes for mini sizes).
Deep Frying- Temperature: Heat oil to 170°C–180°C.
- Thawed: Cook for 5 minutes (4 minutes for mini sizes).
- Frozen: Cook for 8 minutes.
Microwaving- Method: Place dim sims in a microwave-safe container with 1 teaspoon of water per dim sim, cover, and let stand for 2–5 minutes after heating.
- Thawed: Heat on high for approximately 40 seconds per standard dim sim.
- Frozen: Heat on high for approximately 60 seconds per standard dim sim.
Air Frying & Oven Baking- Air Fryer: Preheat to 200°C, place in a single layer (lightly spray with oil for crispiness), and cook for 15 minutes, turning halfway through.
…often eaten with soy sauce and some chilli sauce or fresh cut chillies.
