Are you looking for 100% Arabica Green Beans with no additives or blending? Try our Single Origin Typica. This is a Washed processed coffee. (Supplied as Green Beans, not roasted)
This coffee is most suited to a medium light roast profile. It is not a typical tasting local coffee; surprisingly clean tasting with a medium body and light acidity. At this roast level it has notes of milk chocolate, nuts and spice with a fragrant finish. The Medium Light Roast works best with Pour Over and as an Americano. We also recommend it for a milk based Cortado (reduced milk Latte; ask us for some tips on this if you like).
Typica is a rare variety in Vietnam. It is a South-Western Ethiopian originating coffee, with a history dating back to the 1500’s. It was brought into Vietnam in the 1900’s by the French, and is predominantly grown in the Central Highlands.
