Are you looking for 100% Arabica with no additives or blending? Try our Single Origin Yellow Bourbon. There are no additives, however this is a Natural Anaerobic processed coffee where the coffee is dried within the full cherry, also going through a sealed oxygen free (anaerobic) stage, giving addition of a lightly matured fruitiness to this fine coffee.
This coffee is roasted medium light. It is not a typical tasting local coffee; surprisingly clean tasting with a medium body and light acidity. It has notes of lightly acidic strawberry, with floral scents and lingering notes of raisins. Our Medium Light Roast works best with Pour Over, French Press and as an Americano.
Yellow Bourbon is a rare variety in Vietnam. It is also a South-Western Ethiopian originating coffee, with a history dating back to the 1500’s. It was brought into Vietnam in the 1900’s by the French, and is predominantly grown in the Central Highlands.
Hans Foods offers here its Cial Coffee line, all Vietnam Specialty Coffees, with cupping scores of 80 and above, sourced from our own farms or partner farms direct to our roasters and into the bag. We will either roast to your order or have recently roasted your order, with Roast Date marked on the packaging, to ensure you get the freshest beans.
We typically supply as whole roasted beans but can grind to order to suite Espresso, French Press, Drip Coffee, Percolated Coffee, Pour Over or Vietnam Drip. (Please mark in notes).
